AI Commercials is a service of Ubuntu Family Films, a Dallas–Fort Worth studio that produces AI-generated commercials for small businesses. If you have questions about this policy, contact Sean Hunt at Sean@ubuntufamilyfilms.com or 214-694-1320.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your desired commercial length and message. We may also collect any notes you send us directly by email or phone.
We use the information you share only to respond to your request, prepare a storyboard mockup or proposal, and deliver your commercial. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your information for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable time afterward to handle follow-ups and keep records of our work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by email or phone.
If you choose AI likeness cloning, we require your written consent before any cloning begins, and your clone is used only for your business. We keep that written consent on file for as long as the clone is in use.
Your name, email, phone number, and desired commercial length are required so we can respond and prepare your storyboard. Your business name, preferred style and mood, and your message are optional. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
